pouch test still working

 I had one worry about the 5 day pouch test, that I would gain all the weight lost back when I started eating "normally" again.

Well, I am pleased to say I was down another half pound this morning. Yeah!

I bet your "normal" is a little different from the "normal" of before.  But whatever, hurray.  Glad it is still working for you.
