S Protein herbal tea
S sugar free Live Active pudding
S almond butter
I am out of my unflavored whey isolate so I haven't been making my oatmeal and pudding with it. I tried making them with Body Fortress but it just wasn't working so I just decided to have them without the protein and add a scoop of the Body Fortress to my decaf coffee and herbal tea.
I just realized that I have eaten or had a protein drink 9 times today! I wonder how I have time to do anything else.
