I had to finish my vacation days by Oct. 31st and since I didn't even know that I had 3 days  left  plus personal time (my manager screwed up) it really got me behind.  It would have been nice to have been able to take them in the summer

I'm not sure about the stats on the Kashi off the top of my head but I figure it's better to munch on that than saltines.  My pouch really doesn't like food in the mornings but I get so hungry.  I try to limit my oatmeal to once a week.

Good Menu!

Hi Roz!!!!! So my husband makes the chicken in the crockpot yesterday and last night I am putting it in gladware for the fridge. And the paper that soaks up the juice and junk in the chicken pit cooked in the crockpot all day. Yes. I ate it!!! No sickness so far. I cracked up. He said well I didn't want to touch the chicken so I dumped it in. I guess I should be thankful I wasn't eating melted styrofoam or plastic!!!! LOL

I look at cereal boxes all the time and never have bought any. Good luck with it. I agree with the fiber but mine will have to come from greens and veggies.

Better day today. I slept ok last night with pain meds but haven't had any today. I'll take one at bedtime. I've gone back and forth between my desk working and my recliner napping. My tummy looks like I am pregnant and weight is up but I know it is just swelling. DH is leaving for the weekend to coach Special Olympics but I have a kid coming to help me with the horses. I have a meeting tomorrow I have to go to. I'm glad I went to Goodwill and bought a dress that doesn't fit tight on my tummy. I don't think I could get any of my pants buttoned.

Meals
decaf protein coffee 30g
egg beaters, ham, cheese 21g
chicken 25g
1/2 lemon tea 12g
protein peanut butter 24g
fish, kale 21g
protein shake or cake 30g

totals
calories 1027
protein 162
carbs 17net

AWE  Price......I would be soooooo upset over my pants not fitting.  It seems like you are handling it pretty well!

The fiber in the cereal is really working!  The only bad thing about that is when my tummy doesn't feel full from all of the crap then I'm hungry....Can't win....LOL

Good Menu!
