Menus and Miles Monday Nov. 7th
Sorry I am just getting around to a reply, left for the gym early this morning! That you for the imput, I need advice and constructive criticism...
My surgeon/dietician are fine with me drinking carnation instant breakfast as long as it's the sugar free version, which mine is... The taste is much more tolerable to me than any of the protein powders I have (nectar, cvs whey, jay Robb). If I eat nuts, I chew them very well and I have not had any pain or problems with them. I am lucky to get 5-6 bites in at a meal and my surgeon says he expects me to get 40-50 grams of protein in at this point but I know 70 is more of my target amount.
I usually try to track my food with Livestong, I love the website, it's free and so far, there isn't one food that I have eaten that is missing from their database...
I know I need to get more h2o in, it is not the flavor, I love water, it is the fullness factor that limits my intake...
Ill post today intake on the Tuesday board :)
