Hi Roz!

B - 2 protein coffees and another coffee
L - 6 chicken wings broke up by 4 wings, then another about 20 mins later then the last one about 15 mins later.  I knew I really didn't want the last 2....
S - MHP Power Pak Pudding - its 8.8 oz, chocolate, 30g protein, 190 calories, 0 sugar and 9 carbs.  It was really pretty good.  I got them from GNC.  Of course I ate that too soon after lunch and was fuulll!!  I like the cans because they're resealable if you don't eat it all.
D - 1/2 hamburg patty with cheese - just didn't taste right

Vits:  I need to put some together, I did get some though
water:  did pretty good

Hi Jody!   I love seeing your smile when I log on!!!

I'll have to check out that pudding.  That would be so much easier than making it, putting it in containers, and then washing the darn things. I'm such a Grab and Go girl....LOL

We had wing dings (small wings I guess) last week and I was surprised how easy they went down but I could still only eat 2 and then I also ate the other 2 later on.

Good Menu!

I wish I could only eat 2.  4 is pretty typical for me.  I know I didn't need the last 2....

These puddings are good and I like they are resealable.  They're good sized cans, so I'm sure it would take you at least 2 sittings to eat one.  I can graze on it... which I did.. bad me.

Congrats on your Move!!   Moving is a lot of hard work!!!

I'm a little concerned about your low Protein.  It's way to close to your carb total...

Haven't been feeling too good since Friday.  I didn't eat much yesterday.  Today is better but on and off nausea.
B protein oatmeal with milk and butter, banana
L marrakesh chicken with cauliflower rice
S Think Thin chunky peanut butter
D pork chop, baked potato with butter and sour cream
S protein pudding
S almond butter
S sugar free fudgecicle

No Halloween candy for us, no one would be dumb enough to trick or treat in this neighborhood.  However, my daughter talked me into buying her a bunch of the sale candy the day after but she keeps that in her room.  I don't worry about eating any of it.  She would probably cut off my hand if I went near it.

Not much chance of that Roz.  My mother is in the hospital.  She broke her hip, took a stroke, kidneys weren't working, and took pneumonia, but they had to do surgery anyway(with a general anesthetic) just to give her a fighting chance.  Talk about a perfect storm of bad things all at once.

I booked the flight because doc says it wasn't looking good.  (had something similar but not quite so bad happen last year - short version of events - I was left  stranded over Xmas and New Year away from hubby and son while I arranged for her to go into a good nursing home)

Been over there three times this last year.  Had to pack the house up last Spring and THAT was hard.  It's going to be very strange not going to my childhood home.  I'm staying with an old friend which is great but will be weird.

Hadn't told her about the RNY but will probably have to which means she will tell her mother and then it will be all over town.   I love them but they CAN'T keep things to themselves.

On the up side Mum pulled through surgery and I don't think she is in imminent danger right now.  It's hard for her because she has a little bit of dementia.  I'm not counting her out though, even though she'll be 83 in a couple of weeks.  She's in the stroke ward right now and they are working on her mobility.  (the stroke was mild)
