I'm home and all went well, thanks to all the swinging, I know.

Tummy was 2 umbilical hernias, head was cyst. All repared and gone now. Just took some pain meds and am headed to bed cause all the other pain stuff is wearing off.

66 yrs young, 4'11" hw 220, goal 120 met at 12 months, cw 129 learning Maintainance
