Roz is on the road today and asked me to post.

2nd B - bacon, grits, egg and protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts
L - chili and rice
S - protein shake (30g)
S - fun size Snickers
S - skinny Cosmo
D - NC BBQ sandwich w/coleslaw

Menu:

1 cup coffee
B - Jay Robb protein
L- 1oz wheat toast, 1 oz cheese, 2 slices tomato
D- 2oz ground lamb, 1/4 pkg (1 3/4 oz) butternut squash souffle 
S- Jay Robb protein

820 cals approx, 84 g protein, 24g fat, 15g sugar spread through the day.

Miles: about to head to gym... 45 min treadmill walk and some weight machines.

HW: 218, SW: 204, CW: 139 GW: 112-119

BF1:  6 oz S.F. Carnation Instant Breakfast + MVI, 500mg Calcium, B12, Fiber

BF2:  1 scrambled egg with 1 oz of low fat cheese

Lunch: 1/2 whole wheat sandwich thin, toasted with 1 tbsp peanut butter + Iron

Dinner:  2 oz meatloaf + MVI, 500mg Calcium, Fiber

Snack: Chobani Greek Yogurt

In between: Celebrate Citrus Multivitamin & Calcium drink mix in H20

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.
