Just saw this forum... for lighweights... AWESOME! What are the qualifications to be considered a lighweight?

Usually, and there are exceptions, we start this journey between 35 and 40-ish BMI. We really don't get hung up on numbers though. Welcome!

There's a lightweight creed posted this morning if you'd like to read it.

I read the light weight creed and absolutely love the fact that you are open and non jugemental. There are several other forums that are "not so nice" and I really dont have time for that! Thanks again and I look forward to getting to know you all better!
