 I would have posted this earlier but we were having internet issues and just got them resolved.

Last Sunday:  159.8 lbs
This Sunday:  159.0 lbs
Net LOSS:  0.8 lbs

All in all, not too shabby.  Hanging pretty steady.  Dog has figured out the new doggie door we installed yesterday.  We left and she was outside.  We got back and she was on the porch and the door was locked.

I did go down to 125.5 but I tend to bounce up an down.  I really need to get back into the exercise again.

Rainy day here in Southern California.  Cuddling up on the couch watching a good movie.  Life is good.

We have been moving to another house the last two weeks aand by moving,.I mean we have physically been packing and moving boxes ourselves,leaving the heavier things for the movers.

We have pulled up and replaced dog and chicken fences,lugging around rolls of fencing and posts. carrying boxes to and from the cars nd every manner or work you can imagine.

I have eaten sporadically and quite a few more healthy carbs and a few not so healthy ones,since I was expending so much energy,I felt like I could use them up.

I am very excited since I have been trying to get back to 148,my lowest since surgery since mid August.

Somewhere along the line,I managed to tear the rotator cuff in my left shoulder and it is now killing me,plus a many  years old "substantial deformity" has been discovered in my right foot which is being repaired  on Nov 30.

Good going.

Holly, sorry about the rotator cuff and the foot...but I hear you on moving/renovating! It is very demanding work and if I managed to remember to eat, I was doing good. We moved almost everything we could except for heavy boxes and furniture. We left that for our movers too.

Sensible loss.
Last week: 199--out into onederland.....yuppie!!
This week: 197
Loss: 2 pounds.
I'll take it. Problem is that I haven't exercised this week. Need to find the motivation and commitment again for next week.

WTG, you're doing good.

Funny thing, I didn't exercise except for about a month back in April...then life got crazy again. My current exercise is renovating a bathroom.
