I seem to be holding steady. For the month of Oct. I am only down .2 which is pretty much maintaining. So I got maintaining pretty much down, now it's the gaining part I have to work on. I said before that I think I'm going to stick with what I have been doing, which is getting more comfortable for me. I average about 1800 calories a day. While still a bit underweight I am healthy and feel good. So now I just wait and see if I have my bounce back.
