Maria, at least you have that TOM to explain yours.

I'm beginning to think I'm not getting enough calories for what I expend and my body has decided to hold on to what's there.

We'll get moving down again.

I bounce around alot, but as long as I know that I have been eating cleanly and exercising, I have learned not to worry too much about some of the fluctuations. If you have been on plan, 1.4 lbs might just be normal variation.

Last week: 109.8 lbs

This week: 108.2 lbs.

Haven't been doing anything differently, but this seems to the normal fluctuation for my body. Staying between 108-110. I hope, it wasn't muscle that I lost. My calories have gradually been going up, on purpose. I did go to 2 spin classes, which seems to burn up alot of calories.

Good that you have found your range and staying in it.

Gail, you're probably right but it is a bit aggravating to see the scale go up not down. I've cut back on how often I weigh. Can't use the TOM as an excuse (thru menopause already). But I also may not be getting enough calories for the amount of energy I expend.

That could definitely be a factor. Not getting enough calories definitely impacts how much weight you can lose.

Last week 155.0
This week 153.0

Had a stall a couple weeks ago but now that I have started clinicals and I'm on my feet for 7 hours straight I have busted through the stall.  Of course, my feet are killing me and I'm finding muscles I forgot I had, lol

Glad to see you are past your stall. Good luck with your clinicals.
