I dont know what I am doing wrong.

Last week 181
This week 179.4

I have been really slow the last 3 weeks, its starting to really get to me.  Im only a little over a month out, and am getting all my fluids and protein in.  My doctor wanted me to start snacking, so Ive been snacking on soynuts or cashews.   Its just frustating.

You aren't doing anything wrong...we all hit a stall about a month out but it's not like you have stopped, just slowed down right now. You still lost over 1.5 lbs this week.

I know it is just words but our group talked about meals and in the beginning we had lots (6-8) and even now, at a year out, we have 4-5.  If I think about it in terns of meal, I eat better, protein first, than if I think about it as snacks.

Don't worry, you will go through slow times and fast times.  And you really can't expect to continue losing many pounds a week.  The days of a pound a day don't last every long but they sure are exciting when you are in the middle of it.

hubby broke my scale because when I asked him to move it, he laid it sitting on it's side.  Got a new one, and it says I'm 2lbs heavier.

I might be, but I think it's more like a variation between the two scales.  I was 181.6 on the old one and 183.2 on the new one.  The 180's are going sloooowwwww for me.  Just want to see 170something!

At one point I was in the 180's for a few years.  wonder if my body remembers this and that's why it's being so stubborn?

It might but you aren't even two months out yet...I suspect you aren't even close to being done.

Yeah, I'd sure hope not.  anyway going to revise my weight because when I jumped on this am, (after posting earlier) I am 180.6.  It's the weigh****chers scale so I'm hopeing it's accurate.  My old one weighed me light compared to the docs office.

Soooo close to the 170's, won't be long now.

A little over a pound lost for me again this week..now I'm down to 121.2..really struggling with trying to eat "more" and not dumping..for example this morning I had a protein oatmeal..has like 350 calories if I could eat the whole thing, I ate half of it and am now dumping on it..I dump really easily on carbs but the calories just don't add up when your eating turkey slices. This is getting to be frustrating to me and I'm starting to feel self conscious about how skinny I look...

Aspan, are you making your oatmeal with water or milk? If water, try using milk for the extra protein/calories. And maybe plan on eating 1/3 of what you served yourself today. Then add ham or bacon or sausage to balance out the carb load.

I hope you find your spot and stop.

I eat protein oatmeal every day, along with a banana, for the same reasons, to up my carbs.  At first I dumped pretty consistently but not bad, nothing I couldn't live with most of the time.  I just have hot flashes and feel sick to my stomach for the most part.  It is usually over in about 30 minutes.  But then I noticed I hadn't done that in about 2 weeks, until earlier this week I had it happen again but it was the only time in 2 weeks.  I think my body is starting to adjust, at least I hope so.

That is encouraging..I am making it with milk and an apple that I cook up ahead of time..I had a really bad experience today because I knew I was starting to dump on it but I kept eating it anyway because I knew I had to up my calories..bad idea. I ended up basically passing out and falling asleep for 3 hours. I feel better now but that was not fun. Yesterday I stopped when I felt like I had reached my limit and I only dumped for about 30 minutes that is tolerable...I was wondering if your body just gets used to it and stops having that reaction after a while..
