Okay, I'm bouncing around again...not a good week weight wise.

This week 135.2
Gained 1.4 lbs

Other than being up before the crack of dawn, I am steady like a rock.  I did bounce back up a little earlier but right back down to 114.

Too bad about the weight gain.  Hopefully it is just a normal bounce around from eating something salty.

Eliza, at 5'4", 135 is a nice place to be but I would LIKE to go a wee bit lower so I have bounce back room...but at 135, I have lost 100% of my excess weight.

YOU are doing fantastic!!!

My goal of 130 is to allow for some bounce back as well.  I'd be happy long term at 145 and so would my primary care doc, but with Halloween, I'm already cheating on carbs, and I need to get stricter about that.

I figure I'm up some. Somewhere between 122 and 124 this morning. Getting rid of this salty ham. Feeding it to the guys for breakfast. May have some left for the parents when they come to visit this week. Other than that...no more ham!

Yeah, I would let them eat it too...

Small amounts of country ham doesn't seem to affect me..and I do mean small amounts. If I ate it like I use to, I would gain lots of weight too.

You'll get back down.

Oh dear... 135 this morning
                    132 last week

I KNEW it and could feel it.  Had popcorn and some salty stuff too.  Will be working on that.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost
