Roz,
Hope you have a fun filled weekend!

I had a much better day yesterday.  Today I am buying some papaya enzyme chews that so many people suggested.  I will see my doctor next Thursday and I will mention these episodes to him to see what his opinion might be also.

Going to our first potluck tonight in our new neighborhood.  I'm anxious to meet new neighbors and make some new friends.  I'll let you know how it goes.

Hope everyone is having a great day! Still learning the care and feeding of my sleeve. Am getting more confident that I'm not eating to much because I feel full and like I'm eating all the time. Tummy is getting happier with the dense protein though I'm still using Unjury protein in almond milk and instant coffee drink for breakfast and in the evening snack to make sure I get between 60 to 80 gms of protein. Tried to get it all from food but it is a work in progress.

B Coffee/Almond milk/Unjury unflavored protein drink
L Low fat cheese and deli thin sliced roast beef roll up
Snack Decaf coffee w/Half&Half
D Salmon w/Green Curry Sauce and cauliflower
Snack Unjury Chicken Soup made w/low sodium V8 and water

Cal 612 Carbs 24g Protein 76g
Water and vitamins done
Exercise done 20 min walk and 60 min on stationary bike

question on the unjury chicken soup.   You use v8?  That's interesting.  wouldn't have thought of that.  Do you use half v8, half water?
