Happy Dance

Went to see the new "hated" surgeon for my 15 month followup on the WLS and the 6 month on my GB surgery and walked away with wonderful news. First of all she was not her normal *itchy self, that alone was a win. I found out I am "officially" at 123, which is what I was holding steady with at home, I have lost I believe she said 84% of my body weight so they told me I was a success... DUH LOL... I had no complaints this time, I have figured out the reason for getting in so little before STRESS gets me everytime.
She asked about my scar (the G-tube scar) and of course I have quit complaining about it (does no good anyway) and I told her that it still bothers me daily, I still have a hard time excercising because of the scar. She asked what I believe what it was and I told her, it is the excess skin pulling down hard against it and my next step is to talk to a plastic surgeon about a panni....OMG! SHE AGREED WITH ME!! She was like, your probably right about that and I could go in and revise the scar but we will see at your 18 month appt to get you a consult to PLASTICS!!!!!

For the first time in a long time I came away from an appt in a very good mood! My goal is of course 120 but I am working on it....
Hopefully in Feb, I will have a consult to plastics and we can see what we can do about my scar and my excess tummy....IM HAPPY!!!
Stacy, hurray. All that sounds good and it sounds like she finally was listening to you.
