Pineapple and Watermelon are the 2 with the highest sugar contents.  Be careful when you eat it.  It made me dump back in the earlier days.

crazy eating day cause I was away most of the day.  Then when I get home I want real food.  So I ended up with a strange list of food, at least for me.  I ran the totals for the chocolate cake and with 1T of oil, 2T of greek yogurt it has 278 calories, 9g of carb, 25 protein. It will depend somewhat on the calories and carbs in your protein and would be less calories if you use applesauce instead of the oil.  So not bad but worse than a shake with water.  But boy was it good.

Roz, she lied about the fruit. One of Vitalady's 3 gains was from too much fruit. Beware!

Hi Roz!  Sorry its the end of the day.

I did get some lower sugar applesauce and will try it tomorrow.  No, I didn't try the new recipe with the pudding, but I'd think it would be good.

D - a WHOLE STEAK PORTERHOUSE STEAK - OMG, I couldn't believe I ate the WHOLE thing... and I wasn't that hungry when dinner commenced.  I didn't have any potatoes
