I'd agree on the protein and carbs.  Getting the protein in hasn't been hard.  I use Jay Robb and unjury.  I was very slow losing on WW.  30lbs in 9 months and the last three months were stagnant or 1/2 lb here and there.  It was hard to get there and unsustainable.  (even with excercise)

It wasn't always like this, but since being diagnosed with diabetes and metabolic syndrome, I  do think that has a lot to do with how fast people lose.  As long as I get there in the end, I'll be fine.

You'll get there.  I honestly believe that the longer it takes you the more you learn along the way to help you maintain after.

God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!

You're doing great. Although everyone is different,  I was about where you are at 6 weeks.  I spend many weeks with 1/2 to 1 lb weight loss, and every once in a while drop a bunch more.  Right now, I seem to be losing more quickly, but I recently started more strength training, so perhaps that is helping.  I'm sure I'll be back to my "regular" trend soon.
