Thank you everyone! I am incredibly excited, since I really didn't think I'd get a date until 2012!

My insurance renews in October, so deductible wasn't an issue.  But we are revamping our time off at work and going from sick/vacation to just PTO in 2012 and I was going to lose a lot of banked sick time.  I'm so happy I will be able to use it!  This is why I saved it in the first place!

Sounds like things are falling into place for you.  Terrific!

Have you started getting a shelf in your pantry ready with the things you will need special for you during recovery?  For me, it was fun shopping for the inner child.  Still is actually.  lol :-)
