I was wondering if you tried a substitue. I need to find the recipe again.
Who got the venison meat? DH is hunting in Iowa this week and he got a nice 9 point but it stunk so he couldn't save any of the meat. Is 2 nephews also got one so I'm hoping they share some of the back bone.

This is meat Tom's friend gave him last January, figured we needed to eat it. Its not deer season here yet and when it is, hope he gets a few to stock the freezer, its pretty empty now.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

So I tried the chocolate cake but i didn't have what I needed so I played with my food and came up with this:
2 pks of splenda
1 25 cal hot chocolate mix
1 scoop of chocolate carmel protein
1/4t baking powder
1T oil
1T SF chocolate syurp
2T greek yogurt
cooked for 35 sec and it was a little dry around the edges but yum everywhere.
I can imagine it with vanilla protein and vanilla cinnamon SF syurp. I'm also thinking some peanut butter in there somewhere. Hummm, cookies and cream protein would be good too. This may be my new evening protein instead of shakes or other cold stuff.

I'm definitely going to try your version of the Protein Cake. I was so bummed last night when I didn't have any cocoa. When I saw the SF hot chocolate in the cupborad I was wondering if that would work. Did you use Hershey SF syrup or something like Toran SF syrup? If you added SF Applesauce instead of the oil how much do you think you would use.

S made some breadless pudding.
S 1/2 shake cake made with egg
Going to see if I can get in my protein pudding and almond butter before I go to bed.
Disclaimer, do not try this at home unless you malabsorb, which apparently I am doing. I am under doctor's order to get in 2000 calories a day. Not as fun as you might think.
Remind me of this when I ***** about bounce back.
