Over the hump day!! We are only having 1 this week (last week I think I posted it 2 days...LOL)
Now that Halloween is over it's time to get serious before the holidays! Increase that Protein and Watch those Carbs!!!! I can't wait to see pics of all of your HOT Christmas Party Outfis!!!

My whole menu changed after lunch yesterday, but I never got a chance to get back on and fix it.
I love graham crackers - did you do ok with the cinnamon graham cracker? I don't know if I can trust myself with them!! I used to love to dip them in milk.

LS - protein chocolate cake recipe Maria posted - this time I substituted applesauce for the oil and it turned out the same as with the oil, just fewer calories. This wasn't the lower sugar applesauce though, so I'll get some of that and try it that way (Tom bought it...)
S - protein NSA hot chocolate (this could be moved to after dinner too)
D - venison stew
