Errrrrggg this is RIDICULOUS ....please encourage me
Hang in there, you're doing great. I think that from months 9-11 I didn't lose anything. In month 11 (January) I got back to seriously doing protein first and limiting my carbs way down. I'm 20 pounds less than I was Mid-January. It will continue to come off if you follow your plan. You can and will do this! :)

Hang in there, we are same time out (9 months) and I had a 3 week stall, then 4 lbs came off while I had company visiting me. I'm not sure what I changed except I had problems following my normal plan and didn't get to eat all of my meals but I did get in my protein and ate that first. I have tried everything that was suggested to you and it really does work. We have the same goal and almost the same weight. We can do it!
Congrats on the 90 pounds you have lost....that's awesome! You don't need to apologize for "venting". That's why we are here!!!
If you aren't in normal BMI range then you probably aren't done and your body is just taking a rest and adjusting. Try not to get discouraged and focus on how far you have come. I bet your life has seriously improved a lot. Start sharing some WOW's with us and get excited about what you have accomplished.
It's hard to give advice when I don't know what you eat on an everyday basis but if you are following the Protein first and carbs last then I would say increase your Protein for 3 or 4 days and then drop back down to what you normally eat. If you aren't following that and eating too many carbs then it's time to permantly cut back on them. Once you get through the honeymoon period carbs can be your downfall. It's so easy during the losing stage to get the false impression that you can still lose and eat the carbs. It will catch up to you.
Do you drink Protein drinks or do you get your protein from food?

Hang in there. I doubt you are done.
Try posting on Roz's Menus and Miles so we can see what you are eating and possible advise you of changes you can make. You may actually need to increase your intake if you have been eating the same way for the last several months.
Do you exercise? Might be time to increase that to jump start your weight loss.
I hope you took your measurements. As someone said, sometimes we are losing inches and not pounds. Don't let the scale rule your life!! You have done a great job so far - keep it up.
Just think how far you have come.

You have gotten some great advice already!

We can do this!

Thank you for all your encouragement and advice. Don't get me wrong, I do truly feel amazing but I guess the 'fear factor' is kicking in. I haven't seen any loss in the past couple of months and it is scaring me to death that this is it when I truly want to be in the 130 range. I really can't pin point anything I am doing 'wrong'. Why does my body need THIS freakin long to 'adjust' for gods sake I mean honestly, it never took THAT long for my body to adjust to added weight in years past errrrrggg
I do hope it passes soon. I am getting so very discouraged. On a lighter note however, I AM a size 8/10 which is awesome. I do HATE the extra skin issue though especially my upper legs, stomach (did have four c-sections), and my arms. OH HECK I need skin off EVERYWHERE and I wasn't even considered that 'big' to begin with prior to surgery ugh ugh ugh guess I'm too old for my skin to bounce back and god knows I will never be able to afford plastic surgery.
I don't know how you guys do it with the plastic surgery......no insurance company I know covers any of it and it's an arm and a leg and I am getting married next Oct and want to look my most optimum and my dream is to be around 130 when I do get married.
Well any more suggestions, personal stories etc.....just know isn't falling on deaf ears and is truly lifting me up all around.
