Errrrrggg this is RIDICULOUS ....please encourage me
I need all the encouragement I can get....
Sorrry for venting !!!!
Also did you happen to record your measurements pre-op? If not, measure now and measure again on the date of the month when you had your surgery...example my husband does his on the 16th, I do mine on the 24th.
You may be losing inches and still not lose weight.
And another thing, try participating in Roz's Miles & Menus thread each day...if you write down what you eat, you may find the culprit.

I'm 11 months out from surgery and want to lose 12 more pounds.
My weight loss has really stalled so I decided to start journaling what I'm eating with a calorie and protein count. I've also decided to ramp up my workout routine. I really think the journaling has been key and am looking forward to seeing the weight come off again.
