Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

Happy Halloween!!!!   I'll stay in and give out candy (hopefully all of it) and DD's and SIL will take the 5 grandbabies out for trick or treat.  Lets see...we have a Spiderman, Dorothy, Little Red Riding Hood, Girl Madhatter, and the baby is a Silly Spider.  My DH is still in Iowa hunting and is bummed about missing trick or treat. This is going to be the first time in 59 years.  I remember one time when he was around 16 (before we dated) he dressed up like a "big" woman and my Mom was afraid to leave him in the house.  I wish I had pictures to threaten him with....LOL  I think we started dating soon after that...I must have liked his legs.....

Sorry you aren't feeling well.  I can't sleep if I eat things like jerky before I go to bed.  I dream all night long.

Is this all you are having for the day?  I hope you are taking your vitamins etc.

I'VE MISSED YOU!!!!!

My tomatoes and pumpkins did terrible this year!  My roses did great but my flower boxes were shameful!

I love your uniqueness!

D - 1/4 cup chicken covered with diced tomatoes in Unjury Protein'd cheese sauce

Exercise - Walked dog for 25 min/TBD 45 min on stationary bike

I'm so glad you joined us!!!   Posting on here definitely  help me be aware of what is going into my mouth.  At the beginning it was boring and I thought why do I bother but now that I'm on maintenance and I can eat more it is essential for me to be accountable to all of you.

I would love to see totals too....pretty please.....

I haven't been posting here for a while because I feel like I was eating so much food it might give some the impression that how I eat is somehow normal or good.  I have been eating this way for over 3 weeks now and it is starting to get to be my new normal but now it looks like I have to eat even more calories.  I guess that will get more comfortable to me eventually, too.
B protein oatmeal with butter and milk, small banana.  I no longer am dumping on this thankfully.
L ricotta bake, Nut thins, Laughing Cow bleu cheese wedge.
S Think Thin chunky peanut butter.
D leftover prime rib and baked potato with sour cream and butter
S either a shake cake or protein pudding with sf cool whip
S almond butter.
Like I said, I haven't dumped for a while so hopefully my body is getting used to having more fat and complex carbs.  Makes it easier to eat enough.  I may be adding another shake, shake cake or protein coffee if I can figure out where to put it.  That should bring me right to 2000 calories, which is what my surgeon wants me to eat.

I'm glad your posting and I will keep in mind that your menu is unique to you. I'll try not to be jealous...LOL.

If you feel you should justify what you eat so others don't misunderstand then write something that you can copy and paste everyday explaining.

Like to know you aren't dumping.   I dumped this past weekend and I wouldn't wish that on anyone but it was my own fault.

Besides the extra calories what else does you Dr. recommend?  Will your body start to absorb more in time?
