Gypsy, when do you see your nut again? I don't see mine again until my 1 year anniversary in Jan. Not that mine say anything worth listening to as the office I go to has RNY on the brain. They even call my stomach a pouch...I'm sorry, it is NOT a pouch, It still has both ends intact!

Cold here too...still trying to find the right winter pj's...found some great buys as far as everyday wear and a coat. (My local Amvets Thrift Store).

Hi There Liz...

Im seeing her this week...then not until my one year anniversary in January too!!!  This visit is for my lab results...A pouch?  I hope you straighten them out when you are there...Love the cooler weather, its so good for walking!!  Glad you found some good buys...kinda nice to get great stuff in a smaller size...it just got to make you feel good for all your hard work!!!!

I saw my nut last at my 6th month mark...had my labs pulled at 9 months courtesy of my pcp who signed the extremely LONG list I gave his nurse by fax. But I don't see my nut again for 6 months (my 1 year mark).

I do try to set them straight but they are so ingrained at saying pouch I feel like this: http://www.thesmilies.com/smilies/angry/banghead.gif
And it hurts to keep banging your head against a brick wall!

Liz

Hi Liz....

I do labs every 3 months as requested by my family doctor....I had more tubes taken then I I would ever admit to...darn vampires!!! lol  But I figure we are in good hands keeping on top of the lab work we need!!  Keep on telling them you do not own a pouch...maybe they will finally get it!!!  Have a great night!!!!
