Down to 122.6 as of today..that is almost 2 pounds less again this week..Haven't been keeping track of calories though this week just protein. I probably haven't been getting enough calories in since my husband has been on his preop diet..I haven't been actually eating much just drinking a lot of protein drinks. My absolute low point is 120 and that is quickly approaching..

Yeah, you are very close to your absolute...it will be easier for you once your husband has his surgery and is past the first couple of months and eating fairly normal again.

I know it was hard on dh when I had mine 5 weeks after his.

Last week 100.8
This week 99.4
Total change -1.4
I think it may be because I worked last week for the first time in years.  It was a pretty physical job but only about 3 hours a day but I guess for me it would be like working out for 3 hours a day.  I really did enjoy it and I am grateful that I am able to be that active considering where I came from.
I am eating around 1800 calories a day.  I guess it is time to up that to 2000.
Back to the doctor's tomorrow.  I'll see what he has to say.  I have tracked everything for the last 3 weeks and he told me to try to get in at least 1800 calories a day so I have been doing that.
