Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!
 
Saturday....YEAH!!!!  We got snow today...taht was a surprise!!!   Spending the day with DD#1 and DGD Shopping.   Bold and colors won't work today...what's up with that!!

We did get snow and it was so pretty.  The 2 little ones were so excited.  My niece who moved back from Hawaii got 4 inches and she put pictures on her FB of her 2 little ones outside playing in it and they looked like they were having a blast.

Hi Roz,
I'm going to put grout sealer on my 2 tile bathroom floors and tile shower.  My plan is to take an old coach pillow with me and move it around on the floor because I have that one darn bum knee.  But my DH  has had knee replacement on one knee and the other one is ready for a replacement too so I offered to seal the grout. Wasn't that nice of me?  Besides it's exercise, huh?  

For the last 2 days I only drank 3 protein drinks instead of 4 and I am still losing weight each day.  The thought of drinking the 4th drink was upsetting my stomach.   I have been trying to increase my food (protein) so that I don't have to have the 4th drink.  What do you think?

If it were me I'd skip the crackers, peaches and apples. Crackers because of the gluten in wheat flour and the fruit due to the sugar. Those could be upsetting, or the shakes if you're using any kind of milk. I know NUTS want us on dense food but they don't have to live with the surgery, we do. Try a day without wheat flour and see if it's the gluten. If you are still having issues drop the fruit. Also, Body Fortress may have something in it that just doesn't agree with you. Are you using 2 scoops or one when you mix it? One scoop may be better. You may have to experiment and find a shake that agrees with you. Took me awhile to figure out that Champion Nutrition shakes weren't for me but Syntrax Nectar and IDS MultiPro were fine. Experiment and eliminate and see where you need to go from here.

How did your grout job turn out?  I hope you weren't in too much pain.

My goal was always to get at least the 60 grams my surgeon required  through drinks and then all of the protein that I got from food was a bonus.

It was bone chilling here with the wind today and never made it above 45.  So I spend the day inside balancing checkbooks for the business.  I was months behind, yuck but am caught up now.

I've been using unsweetened silk in my decaf in the mornings and I've had horrible gas for the past 2 days.  I think it is the soy.  Hummmmm.
