pumpkin shake, yum

So I made a pumpkin cheesecake and it said it had to sit in the frig for 3-4 hrs before serving.  After licking the bowl (yeah, I know), I wasn't ready to give up those flavors yet so I decided my evening shake would be pumpkin.  So I made it with water although milk might have been better but it sometimes gives me heartburn right before bed when I make my shake with milk (silk unsweetened).  I didn't measure anything, never do.  But it was about 1/2c water, 1/4c canned pumpkin, 1/2t pumpkin pie spice, 2 pk sweetner, 1.5scoops vanilla protein, blend that up then add 8 ice cubes and finish blending.  It was really yummy.  Rich enough without the milk after all.

A great way to used leftover canned pumpkin.  Enjoy

What a lovely post to wake up to... thank you Price!  LOL

I'm heading to soak in the tub and drink my very very large 24 oz protein coffee with Almond Milk and Brown Sugar & Cinnamon syrup while wishing it were pumpkin....  heh heh

Then off to volunteer at the local Food Bank and afterwards heading to the "Free Store" to turn in some clothes to recycle and to scrounge for some size 8 jeans.  :-)
