Meeting my sister in Kansas to run my dog and hers in an AKC hunt test. Will be great to see her and my nephew too!

On the weight loss front, I have been struggling with being about 5lbs shy of loosing 100 for the past 2-3 months. UGGHHH. I can't seem to make it. On the plus side (or not so plus), I am down to a size 8. Never thought that would happen, but it was my goal size. Goal weight still wishing for 140, but not even to 150 yet. Will be one year out in 3 weeks.

Had a great trip with hubby hunting in Wyoming - he said "you would have never kept up with me if we'd done this last year!" It was a great trip.

Hope ya'll are doing well! Just wanted to share.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

Sounds like you're enjoying your WOWs and they are some great ones. Good luck with the last few pounds...they can be stubborn. If you're serious about getting down to 140, pull out all the stops and low carb, increase your protein shakes and add more water/fluids...and exercise daily...ugh.

What kind of dog do you have?  Sounds like an exciting weekend.

You want that Golden Apple don't you?  I don't blame you.  Gina gave you some good advice IF you want to go that far to loose the extra 5lbs.

Good luck this weekend and on your extra 5lbs. you want to loose.

Sounds like the outdoors are calling you and you are able to respond.  Glad you are doing so well.

good luck on the trials.  I did one once with a JRT puppy.  He won the go to ground for his age group.  Then in the ring classes, the judge said he was fat, I told her I was too.  She didn't laugh.  Oh well.

You have another 6 months to get the rest of the weight off.  You can do it.  Follow Gina's advice and I bet it will come off.
