How do I drop more?
I have been fairly good at about 2 pounds a month now but I would REALLY like to get to that 120 and maybe lower, how in the world can I do it?
I am averaging 90-120 protein a day, high fluids and roughly 1200 calories but it seems as if I cant get any further.
I do need to excercise more or add some weight lifting in there but still cant help but wonder why I cant get to 120???? Any insight from anyone?
BTW, I bounce between 122-124 on average.

Exercise is key. Whatever you are currently doing, increase the intensity, variety, and frequency. You might have to drop your calories down to around 1100-1160 cal/day. The weight loss will be slow at 0.5-1 lb/week. That is the advice that my dietician gave me several months ago and it worked. I also increased my exercise frequency and continued with the weight training 2-3 times/week. The weight training helps to preserve lean muscle mass, which will help your metabolism and you should be able to shed more weight.

My protein is a little higher than yours generally but this sure seem to be where my body wants to be. I bounce around 114-116-118 after a trip but it goes right back down. the difference in our weights is probably that you still have boobs and I don't.
I'm really not exercising at this point other than my walking around the farm, doing my farm work and driving the ponies.
You could try the 5 day pouch test, cutting carbs or exercising more but other than that, I haven't seen or read any magic bullets.

Ok I will try to add more protein and increase my excercise. may be time to add extra weight training. My body just seems very happy at the 123 mark. Oh and Price as far as the boobs go, yea it all PUSH UP and PADDING LMAO!!!!! Somedays those pupies look good, take that bra off and NO GO!!! Stuffed into the waist band they are LOL
It;s super hard but if you do the five day pouch test...you will drop weight and remember what not eating carbs looks like...really not eating carbs...and you can not excercise even....just do the diet and the weight will come off I GUARANTEE IT.... I didn't excercise because not eating carbs was hard enough without the excercise making me hungry....just and idea...SEAVIEW
Stacey, no insight, just commiseration. I am almost one year out. October may be the first month with no loss and (YUCK) possible gain. I was 139 this morning, while I was 138 on the first.
I am into normal BMI by only 1.5 pounds and that means I will be over with ANY bounce back. So, I send good thoughts and know you will make it and so will I. We haven't come this far and worked this hard not to get to our goals.
I think of you every time I see a Starbucks. Hoping things are going well.
