How often do you check your weight
In a study they found that people who had WLS who checked their weight every day rarely had issues with regain compared to those who didn't.
There is nothing wrong with checking it every day if that makes you happy. If it drives you crazy, then it's too much and checking more than once a day is too much too just because our weight fluctuates over the course of a day so knowing what it is in the evening compared to the morning is kind of worthless information.

I also weigh once a week at WW. I even weighed in at WW while on vacation in Spain last summer. It really helped to keep my eating in order because I wanted to hit my Lifetime goal in Sevilla Spain. I went to the pharmacy (they all have scales) in each city is Spain. I'd take off my shoes and Zach would drop the coin into the scale for me. We made a game out of it.

I also have an expensive but worth it WiFi scale that communicates with my computer and my laptop, and keeps a graph of my weight, my average, and a line for my goal weight. It also measures BMI and fat and lean mass.
I don't want to regain sooooo bad!
