WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!
Another Wednesday...the last one of October. Grandkids are so excited for Halloween but I'm dreading all of the candy in the house. DH is going on a hunting trip to Iowa so that's going to leave me with time on my hands which isn't always a good thing.

Snow...yuk!! I left my van out last night and had ice on my windows. I totally paniced because I wasn't prepared and I had to pick the DGChildredn up for the bus. I am so spoiled....DH is away and he always takes care of me.

I don't think I'm buying any candy this year. We hardly ever have any kids come to our house. I would probably end up eating most of it!!
