 LOL You are so right!  Today it has been much easier to stay on track.  I definitely do not salivate at the thought of protein.  And since we threw out the carbs, it was easy to pick a good dinner.  Slow cooker chili with three kinds of beans.

                   Im right up there with you...I had to de-junk my house recently too!!  The kiddies had all sorts of treats hanging around the house!!  The other day I did the same as you...All opened packages made their way to the garbage!!  The other stuff un-opened, was given to the neighbour (who is a single mom on her own) she sooo appreciated my generousity...But I thanked her for taking it all off my hands!!  I felt great..Kiddies were upset but will deal with it!! lol...Congrats on your mission!!  Its a great feeling!!

The carb monster is already sticking his head into my life - so I know where you were coming from.  It took a lot to throw out everything.

I also got a personal trainer - yes, expensive, but also helping me to get excercise with my crazy hours at work.  When someone asks me to attend a meeting at 7:30 pm, i say "no, I have an appointment that I can't break".

Too funny!  I did the same thing today-just signe up with a personal trainer.  I will beat this thing or go down fighting
