how much time off work?

I had surgery on a Wednesday and was back to work the following Tuesday. I think that one of the big benefits of being off longer would be more time to get back into a good solid exercise routine.

The thing I am most concerned with is going stir crazy or broke from shopping too much! (I am a self confessed shop-a-holic) When I was "forced" to stay home for 2 weeks for my surgery last month I painted my laundry room and cleaned out closets. LOL. I will see what my surgeon says. Maybe he will let me off for 2 weeks and part time for 2 weeks. That seems like a good compromise.
