How many vits can you take in one swallow?

I have to position my Petite Calcium Citrate just right to get them down one at a time but after I get them down I can swallow my vitamin, 3 small capsules, and colace all at the same time.

 I TAKE ALL 13 AT ONCE
4 Citrica
2 FIsh oil
1 stool softener
1 Biotin
1 CQ10
1 D
1 B Complex
1 Glucosamine
 All in the mouth....a sip of warm liquid...a big gulp and it's done for the day
I chew my multi and my B12 is sublingual
I KNOW YOU GUYS WILL TELL ME TO DO THEM SEPARATELY FOR BETTER ABSORPTION
BUT...I've been doing this since for ever and had my one year pannels done...16 vials of blood and 
ALL my levels are fine..

 You have to RELAX...have warm liquid because it relaxes your throat and makes the pills easier to slide....gooey...and then just SWALLOW...I have retched and not gotten them all down at times and then I try again...SEAVIEW

Like you, I have a bit of a gag reflex as well.  I struggle with the large ones, some days are better than others.  I know it's all in my HEAD but I don't know how to stop it.  I am hoping with time it will get easier.  I take only one pill at a time and can't image taking any more than one at a time. 

These guys are pros the take multiple pills in one swallow.  I strive to be a pro one day!
