Wow I love my sleeve!!!

Hi,

I have been away from posting much lately, as I've been out of town, etc. Anyway, today I decided to measure & I'm down 27.5 inches overall since my surgery 7/6/11!!!

I have joined Weigh****chers for the support group and track there, and on myfitnesspal.com and here under Roz's daily tracking (most of the time, although not this past week) which all the tracking helps keep me "honest" so to speak.

I am not perfect, but do stick pretty close to surgeon's diet (I incorporate that with WW). And, as a side note, when we were camping this weekend, I ran some on the trails with my 3 year old grandson and I did not get winded at all! Last fall on the trails I could barely keep up.

Thanks for listening to me, I'm just so happy with my sleeve!

AWESOME!!!!

I love running with my grandkids! My only regret is waiting so long to have WLS that I missed out some of the fun times with my own girls.

That is AWESOME! You should be very proud! I am so ready to start this journey. Having a little hiccup, but I hope to be as successful as you. Great job!

None of us are perfect but it sure helps to be here daily and stay on track. Glad you had a good camping trip. I love to camp and this weather is the best.
