WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!
It's after midnight so I'm starting the M&M post before I head for bed. We have our first All-Star Cheer Competition tomorrow and we have to leave really early. For those of you who are new to the LW board....my DD#3 Coaches 13 Teams and DH and I along with DD#1 travel with her and help out at the Comps. It practically consumes us from now until May so by then you will be sick of hearing about it....LOL
I rely alot on my Protein drinks during these weekends and make the best choices I can with what's available. I usually pack protein bars, nuts, cheese sticks, and jerky. I do a lot of walking at the comps. and I'm anxious to see if it makes a difference on the scales.
