Menus and Miles Saturday Oct. 22nd

Good afternoon!  Making memories with my granddaughters 1,2 & 3 for a hayride this afternoon. 

Protein:  Body Fortress Chocolate 26g
Breakfast:  1/4 Slice Toast w/ 2 Sliced Boiled Egg
Protein:  Body Fortress Chocolate 26g
Lunch:    1/4 c Cottage Cheese w/ Peaches
Protein:  Body Fortress Chocolate 26g
Dinner:   1/4 c Wendy's Chili
Protein:  Body Fortress Chocolate 26g
Snack:   1/4 c Fage 0% Greek Yogurt

Miles:  Walked 1 hour, cleaned house

PS.  Last night we went to PALA (Indian Casino) and my DH hit a jackpot for $605.00 (a penny machine), then we hightailed it home.

We took out 2 three yr. olds a couple of weeks ago for a hay ride but our DGS started getting wheezing so we let them jump on one of of those blow up things but we skipped the hay ride.

That's awesome your DH won.  My Mom loves to go the machines.  My sister usually takes her for Mother's Day and her Birthday.

Great job sticking to your menu!

Hi Roz and everyone! Trying to get back in the swing of posting.

For yesterday's post op

B- Oikos greek yogurt with added unflavored protein drink and sugar free cheesecake flavored pudding mix.
L- Cream Of Mushroom Soup with added unflavored protein drink.
D- blenderized Wendy's chili with unflavored protein drink.

Vites were done and I am good on fluids.
