Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!
 
Good Morning!!!  It's 12:30pm but it feels like morning for me....LOL  DD had to work so DGD came to my house at 8:00, crawled in bed with me and slept until 11:38!   I read while she slept and  now I feel like  my morning is just beggining.   DH went hunting early and now he's in bed taking a nap so I'm not sure what or when we will eat today.

Good afternoon! Have a lazy day here too. Getting ready for a clam bake at 2p today.

I've never been to a clam bake....I don't think I've ever even had clams.

lol Probably because the older dog and I go to bed at 8PM. She usually gets me up at 4AM regardless of the day of the week. This weekend she's let me sleep an hour longer. Maybe her daylight savings time has already set itself back. 

This dog has an internal clock that is amazing...she wants to go upstairs to bed at exactly 8PM, she has programmed pee breaks at 11:45AM, 4:30PM, and 7PM. She is made to go out at other times but these you can set your watch by. Oh, and on weekends, she demands dinner at 3PM right by the clock.

We stayed at the festival all day today until it closed at 5pm.  I don't know if I can remember all I ate today!!  It was not a good day.....better than it would have been pre WLS.

B:  Protein Decaf coffee
