YAY JODY!!! Congratulations on three great years! You have done such a fabulous job with your recovery. I'm so sorry the malabsorption hit. I wi**** could go on forever for you. I was delighted to read that you've taken exercise back into your life. For me it's made a world of difference. I have a friend visiting from the east coast and yesterday we went into the redwoods for an 8.5 mile walk yesterday, just for run. 20 months ago we were sitting on the couch, maybe venturing out for a little shopping or a movie. I find that the more I move, the more my body craves it.

I remember watching your plastics journey. I may pick your brain as my plastics are only around 6 weeks away. Can you say scared??

San Diego? When the heck are you making it up to San Francisco. I hope you'll let me know when you do.

I'm so happy that your relationship with Tom is going well. I just want happiness for you. You helped me so much as I tried to navigate early recovery. :)
