What a great surgiversary story!

I know you have had some challanges which you write about it but you really have done amazing!

I also miss your posts but am super glad about the good job.  Carry that protein mix with you on your travels!!

I love hearing the stories of those of you are a few years out. I think we all need to hear it is not a bed of roses after surgery. Kinds keeps us in check. I know it does for me. I am hoping that my boobs redistribute

congrats!! Thanks for posting..nice to hear how people do so far out..and although I realize being at 132 for you isn't ideal still I think wow if I could maintain a weight like that for that long...it will be an accomplish and a first. You have done really awesome!

Congratulations Jody!  I have always considered you to be a WLS poster child.  I admire how you've handled maintenance--you are truly a beautiful woman inside and out!!!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
