Im gong to be doing it within the next two weeks..gotta get control of the carbs creeping up in my diet and like you said probably a good idea to do it before the holidays anyways..im really curious as to how your pouch will feel after the five days..how long your increased restriction will last etc.

 the restriction is always there ...we have just been eating the wrong foods...
sliders....only dense protein does not slide and fills you up right away in small portions..
the beautiful thing about the liquid protein days is that you realize that the appetite thing is still
gone ...it's head hunger that's killing us...at least me...our stomach don't stretch after vsg...
our foods are off and we eat carbs which MAKE us hungrier if we are sensitive to them. Go for it..you won't regret it...SEAVIEW
