 OK
 Made it through day one...
It was crummy but doable...I would NEVER have been able to do this pre-sleeve...
 So that tells me something...
Woke up with a headache this morning but not hungry....feeling a bit better..less bloated...
Today is another day of liquids...
  So here goes...
I will report back in the evening...Cali time...
Got out the sugar free popsicles last night ...LOL
They did not taste as sweet as I remember which tells you how much
sugar I have been eating lately!!!!
I'll bet by day five they taste wonderful..

Seaview,
As you know each day will get easier for you.  You're headed the right direction.  I'm proud of you.  Keep up the good work.  Drink plenty of water to help that headache go away.  Anxious to hear from you tomorrow.  The holidays are coming - this is a good time to get yourself in check.

I have been busy and dealing with the slow down of my loss. I miss you, too. We still need to do a walk sometime. I can come to your area, when it is convenient for you. Let me know.

What is the 5 day pouch test?

 google "five day pouch test"
It 's a way to clean out your system of carbs and get back on track
Two days of liquid protein and then three days of increasingly dense protein...
no carbs AT ALL....
It gets the excess bloat off and gets you feeling back in control
Already today I feel like a new person.
My mind is clear and I don't crave food...
yayaya

 Thanks Jody
So it's 6pm California time and I've made it through the day
Not as bad as yesterday...I was busy...
I feel invincible and in control.
I am not as hungry as yesterday...
my sleeve works great as it turns out as long as I don't feed it crap
It's not the stomach it's the carbs that get me addicted again...
can't wait to see if my sugar free popsicles taste sweeter tonite!
 I"ll bet they do.
I am not going to weigh myself until Monday MOrning...
I will see how much I lose...
Regardless this is a journey I am glad that I have taken.
So far so good..
thanks for the support...talk to you guys tomorrow morning
