Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

Last day for work for me and then a looooong weekend!!  Plans changed so I have to trade next Friday for Monday.  DD had another sonar and there is still a bright spot in the babies heart so she has to go to a Pittsburgh hospital to have a more advanced sonar done.

I finished off that darn cookie last night..... then I put the package in the bread box so I wouldn't get tempted anymore. It is surprising that not being able to see them removes them from my mind also.

Good morning Roz.  I hate those kind of long weekends.  I don't think a doctor has every had to wait for any test results over a weekend.  Just does'nt seem fair.  Keep yourself busy so time will pass more quickly.  Remember, my daughter had the same bright spot on her baby girl and a million sonograms later everything turned out just fine.

I'm in heaven...I get carried away each time I see the scale drop a WHOLE FLIPPIN' POUND - I'm in heaven...hmmm, hmmm.

This is so exciting for me.  I know you all can relate.  Thanks for letting me share.

Protein:  Body Fortress Chocolate 26 g
Breakfast:  1/3 Slice Wheat Toast w/1tsp Jiff Natural Peanut Butter

Protein:  Body Fortress Chocolate 26 g
Dinner:   1/4 Pork roast, 1 thin slice of potatoe and tad of fat free cheese (Miguel Jr's - pork, potatoe & cheese burrito w/o tortilla)  Made in the crock pot.  Delicious if any wants the recipe.

Going to the doctor today to review my 1 month lab work.

Exercise:  1 hour walk around the lakes.

Mornin!  Roz, I hope all is well for your DD and this is all just precaution.  As for the cookie, we are all human...you can't go back, just look ahead at the next healthy meal and don't get down on yourself....and at least you only had one, you have to allow a cookie in your life now and then!

Positive thoughts for you and your daughter.

1 mini Think Thin bar
2 Eggface Confetti (egg) Bites.

1 Del Taco Carnitas burrito. I sucked the innards out - didn't eat the tortilla. I don't normally eat fast food but I was hungry and it was the only place around. My surgeon said in a pinch, eat the insides of a burrito.

Chocolate and peanut butter protein shake (Body Fortress and PB2)

1 c lentil soup with ham

Greek yogurt & Orange Cream protein powder
(I haven't counted protein yet)

Worked out on home gym & jogged

Much better.  I have NO idea what set it off either (the pain) other than I ate a pickle, but I've eaten a hundred pickles since surgery.  Took it easy today.

My RH the other night was from eating a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and I did eat some of the bread.  Its not taking much to set me off on it lately.
