Thanks to everyone that answered my question about what kind of wheat bread to try. Everything went okay this morning with the 1/3 slice of toast w/o crust, 1 tsp. Jiff natural peanut butter. Wow! Did that taste like a treat - yummy. Next trip to the market and I will buy the thin sliced wheat bread.
I love to finally try new things.
As for the new support group meeting that I went to this afternoon I'll give it an "A". It was educational, much smaller group, informal and fun. I will definately go next week also.
