Kudos to you Roz for only having one bite. The hardest part for me is once I've had a bite of sweets and then have a hard time stopping....sugar addict here. If someone is home before you, ask that they hide the cookies...

Yes, Happy Hump Day! I am looking forward to this weekend just because we don't have any plans, and love that sometimes.

I'm definitely going to text my DD and tell her to put them out of site.  I held off until I was ready to go out the door to take a bite but if I was home all day I'd be in trouble.  I love sweets too!

Sounds Good!

Good Morning!  On my menu given by Kaiser it says TODAY I can have a piece of wheat toast w/peanut butter for breakfast.  First of all I will only be able to eat 1/4 of the slice of bread for sure.  Do you have a brand of wheat bread that you would suggest?  What I have in the house is 12 grain Oroweat.  Carbs 18g, fiber 2g, sugars 3 g, protein 4 g, calories 100 per slice.

Protein:      Body Fortress Chocolate 26 g
Breakfast:  1/4 slice of Oroweat Toast with 1 tsp Peanut Butter
Protein:      Body Fortress Chocolate 26 g
Snack:       1/4 cup Cottage Cheese w/fruit ****tail in 100% natural juices
Protein:      Body Fortress Chocolate 26 g
Lunch:       2 shrimp w/homemade ****tail sauce
Protein:      Body Fortress Chocolate 26 g
Snack:       1/4 cup Fage 0% Yogurt w/Torani Raspberry Syrup

Going to try a new support group this morning.  I'll let you know how I like it.

Elizabeth,
I use the Very Thin Whole Wheat Bread. They are really small slices and good numbers.

I would be sure to toast it to begin with.  Bread might give your pouch some trouble.  It took me a while before I could eat it.  Still can't eat some kinds.

I also like the High Fiber Low Carb Tortilla Wraps.

you should try the orowheat sandwich thin.  They have mini ones now.  Check out the web site.  I love them they are just the right size.  You could probably eat a half toasted.

I saw Linda answered you and I'm glad she did because since I rarely eat bread I wouldn't have a clue what the best kind is.  I would definitely toast it though.  Sometimes peanut butter gets stuck on it's own and being on soft bread might make it even harder to get down.

Good Menu!

After I posted my days off changed.  DD went for her sonar and there is still a bright spot in the baby's heart so she has to go for a more advanced sonar on Monday so I'm switching my days.  So I guess I'll have a looooong weekend.

Can you give me the cheesecake recipe when you get a chance?

Have fun with your parents!!!  How far away do they live?   Does your DH go to the festival too?  I love things like that but my DH always puts up a fuss.

Good Menu!

Oh Roz, I hope everything goes ok with the sonar Monday.  I'll be praying for her and the baby.  I hate she has to go the weekend and worry about it.

Here is the link to the post with the recipe.  There were a lot of great recipes on the post.

My parents are 4 hours away.  I'm hoping I can get up early and get on the road.  DH will definently go.  He loves things like that more than I do!!  I enjoy them more than I used to, I used to put up a fuss when he wanted to go!!
