 OK time to be accountable...
Gained 5 pounds since goal of 140 reached
 It's clearly carb related....
So I am going to do the five day carb test and see if they come off...
I will stay accountable to you if I fail....
I will post every day and let you know how it works.
I am going to walk every day and not do heavy excercise because I
get too hungry if I work out hard....
  wish me luck
Today is low carb protein shakes...tea....sugar free gelatin and popsicles...
Can I drink my low carb protein hot chocolate and soups? I think so ...someone let me know..
the carbs are really low on those...they're bariatric...
  Here I go...

Seaview, you can do it! One day at a time. Everyday you will feel stronger. Look forward to hearing from you tomorrow.

Good luck.

I just had to give up my bad carby night time snacks and replace them with something else.  They were getting way too out of hand.  It is a lot easier now to get back on track than pre-WLS.

I actually dropped a few pounds when I made that change.  I added in a greek yogurt for a few nights while I was getting off the really bad stuff.

I'll support you. Your posts have been inspiring to me from the first time I read them.

I have hit a stall that is making me crazy. I will be one year out 11/23 and things have slowed to the point where I am up .5 pound from 10/1, so maybe no loss or even gain for this month. I have'nt changed anything, so it is scary.

You always seem focused, so I know you will keep to your program and lose the weight. I will be sending good thoughts and energy your way. Wish you luck and success!

Thanks for your response and support...it's always nice to know people read the posts and
get something from them....so i have the nausea from not eating carbs and being back on protein drinks again...but I am going to have some warm broth....yum...I remember that from post op days...
let's see how that goes...half a day gone...four and a half to go...lol...SEAVIEW

I remember warm broth was good in early days. You'll do fine. The first day is hardest, but you mentioned wanting to feel light again, by tomorrow you should be feeling that.

Thanks for including all of us on your journey!

Wendy, You are doing terrific.  You look great and you've been super successful.  Your body may just be taking a rest.  At 11 months out I went back to really low carb and I've dropped another 20 pounds since then.  I hit 20 months this week.  It's just very slow going.

When do I get to see you?  I miss you!  :)

Thanks, Lee. I miss you, too. How many carbs are your limit on low carb? I can't remember what you said. I see how easy it is to drift the further I get from surgery and have less exciting losses.

Congrats on the PS in December. That must be so exciting!
