Hello, my name is Annette. I’ve lurking around the board about 2 years.  Today I'm joining in.  I have been fighting the CARB Monster and he won.  I loss 104-107 pounds and now I have gained back 20. (stress) in my home.  I need help getting back on track.  So I’m here.  I like what you’ll are doing to support each other.

I missed breakfast because I had my LABS today

Mid Morning snack -  chocolate protein shake 30g

Lunch - half of a South Beach Chopped Salad with Tuna 24g

Afternoon snack -  chocolate shake 30g

Dinner -  Baked Chicken Breast – 26g

Roasted eggplant and peppers – 2g

 Small tossed salad

SF Jell-o
I don't know if I ate enouth today or not
760 Cals 118g protein 24g fat 20g carbs

Try adding another protein drink to get your protein level higher.  Protein should be at least at 50% and carbs should be around 25% of your total.

Try adding another Protein drink during the day.  Protein should be at at least 50% of your daily total with carbs and fats at about 25%.
