Good morning Roz and LW's Happy Tuesday!
We took my 4 yr old DD bowling Saturday for the first time... thank goodness they had bumper guards and a guide she rolled the ball down, w/o them they were becoming all gutter balls and she wasn't enjoying herself at all. Finally a guy came over and told us about the guide and the bumper guards (we hadn't been bowling since the 80's and had no idea!). Once she wa****ting pins she had a blast!! I strained my middle finger in the hole of the ball...still hurts! LOL But, we will go again!

Our girls loved bowling when they were growing up. It was a huge part of my Dad's life before he got sick and passed so we spent a lot of time at the bowling alleys. It's great fun!

I'm so excited today because I lost a whole pound from yesterday WOOHOO! Today I have the surgeons approval to go to water aerobics. I'm hoping that changing up my exercise plan will TRICK my metabolism and give me a TREAT, weight loss of course!

This is our counties board meetings month. Last one today-yippee!! I need to get back into a better exercise routine. I'm still going to Zumba and love it. I just need to walk a little now also.
