sleever looking for some sleeve help

 Not going to get into a bunch of Dr. bashing here, but I need some information, and I'm getting crap from my Dr's office.

I'm soooo confused as to what my "plan" is.  Every time I've asked one of my nuts or the other people in my Dr's office I get something different.  

If your a Sleever and have a "good" plan and want to share,  let me know.  I could use the help.
