I ate 3 shrimp for lunch w/homemade ****tail sauce with no problems. Yet another victory! WooHoo.

Ketchup is not my friend! Makes me dump every time even though it's below my sugar limit. I always buy the reduced sugar and even then eat Small amounts. Everyone is different though.

I looked for SF ketchup and couldn't find any at 2 different stores. After checking the Heinz Ketchup it only has 4 sugars. So I will make my own ****tail sauce. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

I'm not into ****tail sauce but grilled shrimp has been a life saver for me at times...YUM!

I think it's Heinz "low carb" ketchup I buy for ****tail sauce. All stores don't carry it though.

I do use regular ketchup on my meatloaf before cooking as it doesn't end up being that much ketchup per serving.

As far as the shrimp, I do like my ****tail sauce.
